Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 2026 • MOROUTE SYSTEMS NIGERIA LIMITED

Welcome to MoRoute. By accessing or using our website (https://moroute.com), mobile applications, or roadside marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Nature & Road Safety Responsibility

MoRoute is a technology platform that facilitates journey awareness, community incident reporting, and connections to independent roadside service providers. While we strive to provide reliable road intelligence, MoRoute is not a law enforcement agency or guaranteed emergency response service. Drivers must obey all Nigerian traffic regulations and exercise personal judgment while traveling.

2. Roadside Service Providers & Subscriptions

Mechanics, tow operators, vulcanizers, and fuel providers listed on MoRoute operate as independent third-party contractors. Onboarding providers receive a 90-Day Free Trial upon registration. Following the 90-day trial, continued listing and access to incoming roadside requests requires the applicable paid subscription. Agreements, on-site pricing, and execution of physical repairs or towing services are contracted directly between the vehicle owner and the service provider.

3. Community Road Incident Reports

Users agree to post accurate, lawful reports regarding road hazards, checkpoints, and accidents. Submitting false, defamatory, or fraudulent incident reports is strictly prohibited and subject to account termination.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
